Ok, so I saw these at the store today and picked up a set. Actually I got the mini ones, but I couldn't find a picture of those. Anyway, the basic premise is that rather than a straight bobby pin, you twist these into your hair in order to hold it more effectively. I tried them out and I'm a fan. My hair is barely shoulder length but I can keep it up with the 3 mini twist pins, or half up with just 1. I believe the pins were about $5 and I'd say it was a good purchase, especially with summer coming up. Have you tried them? Let me know what you think!
